There can sometimes be problems with ordering online, please try the following if you are experiencing difficulties completing an order;

Please make sure the net value of your shopping basket is at least £6.00.

When filling in your address details an error message may occur or the page my not be accepted if any information is incorrect or missing, for example, if you live at a house without a number  or if your address has no 2nd line before the town, it will not recognise a blank space, if this occurs you must enter something in the text box, please use a full spot or re-enter the district name. 

If after completing you credit card details you are returned to the shopping basket page it means there is a problem with the website getting authorisation from your card issuer.

Customers from the UK Channel Islands will be charged VAT at checkout but will then receive a full refund of all the VAT either on the used credit card or via Paypal when the order is processed.

Please note there is a 4% surcharge for using Paypal.
 
Any parts we may have quoted for but are not listed on the site will have to paid for via a telephone or email order.
