Saves 8 to 9lbs about 4Kg from the rear of all 964's and 993's. Will not work on 965 turbo cars. Replaces blower motor assembly and ductwork and still allows plenty of heat just like the factory RS part. All late model 993's 1996-98 require the non vario ram 993 early type fan shroud, our item # 5221. Top tip to get the fan shroud to fit over the lip on the bypass pipe is to heat up the rubber on the shroud with a hot air gun!
