The CDI+ 6 Pin is Classic Retrofit's direct replacement for Bosch CDI units used in the classic Porsche 911 from 1978 to 1983 on the SC and 930 Turbo to 1989. Extensive development and rigorous dyno testing has proven our CDI+ unit to be major improvement over the original Bosch CDI box. The Classic Retrofit CDI+ unit requires no modifications to the original wiring loom harness or metalwork and is 'plug and play'. Our custom aluminium casing sits perfectly in your engine bay for a very attractive appearance. All Porsche 911 CDI+ units have a 48 MHz microprocessor onboard to control ignition timing. 90160250201 90160250200 This is our recommended replacement for the original Bosch Black CDI coil.  It has been matched to the other parts of the ignition system to provide reliable service.  Unlike 'normal' coils, this coil is designed for the fast rise time of capacitive discharge ignition systems.  It is the perfect complement to your CDI+ system. It meets the specification of the original coils and the quality of construction is way above that of the current batch of Brazilian made Bosch Silver coils. This coil is designed to replace the 90160250200 Bosch coil. We include the bracket decals but not the bracket.
